Currently, we are hiring for the following positions:

Arichitectural CAD Operator/Theater Designer

Draft the architectural information necessary for the build-out, production, and installation of dedicated home movie theaters in the form of presentation, production, and architectural drawings. Necessary architectural drawings would include but not be limited to electrical, mechanical, design, framing, cabinetry, and audio video documents.

General position requirements:

  • General knowledge of architectural construction techniques, materials and practices
  • General understanding of cabinetry construction, assembly, production and installation techniques and materials
  • General knowledge of basic and advanced architectural and aesthetic design
  • General knowledge of small room acoustics a plus
  • General knowledge of audio and video theater design a plus
  • Must be able to work within a team environment and maintain a positive, results-focused attitude

The skills and duties of this job include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrate an ability to manage timelines, promises and commitments
  • Demonstrate an ability to mange multiple projects simultaneously
  • Produce complete and accurate architectural, design, and production drawings on time and on budget
  • Must be proficient and efficient with the AutoCad 2000 program
  • AutoCad lisp routine programming a plus
  • Ability to program and operate Cabinetvision or similar design and production software a plus
  • Ability to set up and program for CNC production a plus
